A: You certainly can. We are always happy to provide customers with free samples. We will send samples via International Express. Could you please pay for the shipping charge in advance? When you place a larger order with us, we will deduct the shipping cost from the invoice value.

Q: Polished granite slabs prices? How big is the largest size of this Light Grey Granite Slabs?

A: As for Bianco Sardo Granite Slabs, Usually the size is 1200upx2400upx20/30mm, and the max size is around 1200-1600up x 2400-2700 up mm. Its price is somehow fluctuated because of the foreign exchange rate, so please inquire me, we will quote exactly based on your given quantity, thank you.

Q: Who is your primary customer? Can you tell me which forms of payment your company will accept?

A: Worldwide sales, primarily in Japan, but also in Europe, the United States, Australia, the Middle East, and Asia. So far, 100% T/T before shipment, or T/T 30% deposit, balance 70% paid against Bill of Lading copies. L/C is also accepted.

Q: Do you have Padang Grey Granite Slabs and Tiles available all year?

A: We certainly can. To be honest, the weather in Northern China is too cold in winter to produce stone products. The production season lasts from the end of March to the end of November. However, we can produce in Southern China throughout the year and ship it from various ports.

Q: What is the order minimum for these Granite Slabs?

A: Typically, full container loading. Because our factory is approximately 700-800 kilometers from our loading port (Dalian port), we prefer to load one full container to save on transportation costs. Two containers (or more) per lot shipment is excellent.
